Multilayer PCB’s
- Express Circuits Ltd manufactures prototype PCB's and pre-production multilayer printed circuit boards (PCB's), on a fast turnaround service.
- 4 - 28 layers, controlled impedance +/- 10% standard (+/- 5% tolerance advanced option), produced using lead free RoHS compliant materials and finishes.
Microvia, Blind & Buried PCB’s
- Express Circuits Ltd manufactures prototype pcb's and pre-production Microvia, VHDI, HDI and Blind & Buried Multilayers on a fast turnaround service.
- Lasers or specially formed mechanical drills are used to form the Vias holes.
These Via holes can be plated using the copper fill via process which aids the assembly of BGA components.
Flexi Rigid PCBs
- 2 – 24 layers (design dependant), manufactured using adhesive-less flex materials.
- Flex Rigid PCBs, both prototype and pre-production quantities, are manufactured on a fast turnaround service.
Buried Resistor Multi layer PCBs
- Manufactured using either Ohmega-ply, Ticer TCR or Ticer TCR+ materials.
- Available in 25 Ohms/sq. 50 Ohms/sq. 100 Ohms/sq. or 250 Ohms/sq.
- Prototype and pre-production quantities are manufactured on a fast turnaround service.
PCB Heatsink Planes For A Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
- Heatsink Planes cover most or all of the board and are used for heat-dissipation. They are usually made of copper or aluminum, which is bonded to the board surface with an adhesive material (prepreg).
- Prototype and pre-production Bonded Heatsink Planes are offered on a fast turnaround service.
